Shipping and Pre Order Policy



Thank you for choosing Muse By Alliyah. We value craftsmanship, transparency, and delivering your order with the care it deserves. Please review the information below regarding shipping and pre order timelines.



Order Processing



Orders for in stock items are processed within one business day when placed before 2:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.


Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, special releases, or promotional events.



Pre Order Items



Select styles are offered as pre order to allow for thoughtful production and quality control.


Pre order items require one to four weeks of production time prior to shipment. Production begins once the order is confirmed. Upon completion of production, pre order items are shipped using three day delivery.


Orders containing both in stock and pre order items will ship separately once each item is ready, unless otherwise noted.


By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and delivery timeline.



Shipping and Delivery



Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows. United States standard shipping typically arrives within three to seven business days following production completion. United States express shipping typically arrives within one to three business days following producing completion. Pre order shipments are delivered within three business days following production completion. International shipping typically arrives within seven to twenty one business days depending on destination.


Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions beyond our control.



International Orders



Muse By Alliyah ships internationally. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.



Order Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and later on, an email containing tracking information. Please allow time for tracking details to update.



Shipping Address



Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Muse By Alliyah is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.



Lost or Damaged Shipments



Muse By Alliyah is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact support@musebyalliyah.com within seven days of delivery so we may assist you.
