Returns and Refund Policy

At Muse By Alliyah, each piece is designed with intention and produced with care. Please review our returns and refund policy carefully prior to placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within thirty days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact MuseByAlliyah@gmail.com. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions along with a return shipping label and details on where to send your package.

Pre Order Items

All pre order items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Pre order purchases may be canceled or refunded within twenty four hours of placing the order. After twenty four hours, all pre order sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By placing a pre order, you acknowledge that production begins shortly after purchase and agree to this policy.

Sale Items and Final Sale

Items purchased during sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Gift cards are non refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact MuseByAlliyah@gmail.com within seven days of delivery so we may review and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. This policy does not override exclusions for custom or made to order items where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
